Real Modern Terrain Arts

About RMTA

We're transforming Phoenix's urban landscape by converting overlooked parcels into affordable, sustainable housing communities through innovative prefab construction.

Radically transparent — Real Modern Terrain Arts seeks pre‑approval from the City of Phoenix for its first model homes in Sunnyslope and the Garfield Historic District. The initial phase is planned for 12th Street and Butler Drive, where twelve 10Ɨ40‑foot modular units—each designed as a 2‑bedroom, 1‑bath home—will be installed as part of a small‑format, site‑specific housing initiative.
