Radically transparent — Real Modern Terrain Arts is seeking pre‑approval from the City of Phoenix for its first AuxBlox blocks in Sunnyslope and the Garfield Historic District. Each block delivers twelve 10×40‑foot modular units—2‑bedroom, 1‑bath homes—installed as part of a small‑format, site‑specific housing initiative built inside the block, not on top of it.
