HomeSmart is RMTA's real estate brokerage partner, representing RMTA's prefab homes and hillside properties across regional listing networks (ARMLS). Founder Ben Brosseau is a licensed HomeSmart agent, bringing real estate advocacy and preservation-minded representation to every RMTA transaction.

Through HomeSmart, RMTA's completed homes are pre-sold on regional listing networks prior to vertical construction — drastically shortening the development cycle.
