PHOENIX, AZ — July 2026 — Real Modern Terrain Art (RMTA) and developer Ben Brosseau just locked in approval for a landmark Airstream retreat at Little Beverly Hills, the historic hillside enclave overlooking North Mountain. Think cinematic desert luxury, mirror-polished trailers, and views that actually hit different.
Little Beverly Hills isn't a new name — it's been on a century-old plat map documenting the area. Now that historic identity is getting a second life as the hillside enters its design-forward, eco-luxury era. The newly approved Airstream escape brings a curated lineup of premium trailers, each polished to a mirror-silver glow and positioned with the precision of a film set along the mountain's natural contours.
“This hillside has a presence — a quiet, cinematic grandeur,” said developer Ben Brosseau. “Our goal is to let guests feel that presence. The Airstream retreat is designed as a luxury experience that doesn't overpower the land, but reveals it.”
Every Airstream comes with a private outdoor living terrace, panoramic mountain views, and interiors built with warm woods, soft lighting, and refined desert textures. Pathways follow the hillside's natural topography, so moving between shaded lounges, stargazing platforms, and intimate communal spaces feels less like walking a resort and more like discovering one.
The whole activation is intentionally light-touch — preserve the hillside's natural drama, don't pave over it. RMTA put a full plant salvage and conservation plan in place to protect native saguaros, mature desert trees, and historic vegetation. Lighting stays minimal and atmospheric, traffic stays limited, and operations are curated to keep the hillside serene.
This hospitality experience is also the cinematic prologue to the future United Tiny Homes modular luxury condo community planned for the site — a long-term vision rooted in design, sustainability, and architectural storytelling. The Airstream retreat is the vibe. The condos are the legacy.
Booking details and reservation dates for the Little Beverly Hills Airstream escape drop soon. Stay tuned.
